Giving simple massages, shoulder rubs, and foot massages to relieve pain has always seemed to be the most natural thing in the world to me. I have enjoyed doing so since college and in 2006, some life-changing events resulted in my decision to make massage and wellness a full-time career.

Education & Experience

In 2008, I earned an Associates degree in Occupational Studies/Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute in New York City and became licensed to practice in New York state. I am nationally certified by National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

My clients range from dancers and athletes to professionals and urban moms. Additionally, I have worked with cancer patients and their caregivers in hospital settings, helped cramping marathon runners get back on their feet, and provided soon-to-be and recent mothers with much needed pain relief.

Aromatherapy

I recently completed my aromatherapy certification with Aromahead Institute. As a natural extension of massage, aromatherapy provides additional benefits, and I have seen remarkable results with my clients.
